The Garden City Group, Inc. (GCG), a subsidiary of Crawford & Company, announced the promotion of Neil L. Zola to the newly-created position of executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Zola previously held the title of senior vice president and general counsel. Michael J. Sherin, Chairman of Garden City, noted that since joining the firm less than two years ago, “Neil has made significant contributions to the success of GCG. As a former class action attorney, he can relate to the complex issues faced by clients and successfully guide them through the administration process.”
Zola, a graduate of UCLA law school, is an expert on class action issues, and an accomplished writer on legal topics. He indicated that he was looking forward to contributing to the “growth and development of our dynamic company.”
GCG, a subsidiary of Crawford & Company, administers class action settlements, manages Chapter 11 claims administration, executes document management services, designs legal notice programs, and provides expert consultation services.
