“These parties obviously want to bring a reparations test case. I think the courts will continue to resist cases in which principals are deceased. All of our descendants were abused by someone, at some time and to some extent. There is present day slavery that is manufacturing the goods we buy at Wal-mart every day. We know about it, but we do not see the injustices committed. The descendants of those workers are going to come knocking one day.”
