St. Paul Travelers announced the debut of a new Web site housing more than 1,400 risk management resources for customers, agents and brokers. The online resources available include a variety of industry-specific customer newsletters, such as the Risk Control Issues News Brief, a monthly publication with articles on a variety of topics related to workplace safety, health concerns, property protection and product safety, hundreds of technical bulletins outlining safety standards and guidelines for various industries, such as manufacturing, construction, retail and technology; a section devoted to the risk control needs of small businesses, including CD-ROM trainings, guides to exposures such as property protection, and bulletins on technical issues such as business continuity planning; and course information and registration for St. Paul Travelers’ Safety Academy, which offers classroom training focused on helping businesses identify safety concerns and reduce losses. Examples of courses include fleet safety management, effective supervisor training, and fire prevention and protection.
