National Automobile Club has named Wayne Bayliff president and CEO. He succeeds Arthur Hedges, who has retired after 35 years of service in the insurance-related industry. Bayliff joined NAC in 1999 as vice president of Business Development, charged with growing insurance company programs. His most recent position was executive vice president.
