Jim Tedesco, 37, has been charged in warrants with two counts of attempted murder in Asheville, N.C.
Police reports said Tedesco shot Murray Wilson, 53, and Michael Ezell, 33, during negotiations to purchase Tedesco Insurance. After warrants were issued for attempted murder police talked Tedesco into turning himself in, Asheville Police Sgt. Dave Romick said.
The victims were treated for gunshot wounds at a local hospital. Wilson was later released. Ezell was kept in the hospital to recover, hospital spokeswoman Carole Donnelly said.
