Louisiana Attorney General Charles C. Foti, Jr. reported that Regina Duncan, a former employee with the Louisiana Department of Insurance, recently pled guilty to one count of public bribery. Duncan, of Baton Rouge, was arrested in December 2003 for accepting bribes to sell agent licenses to individuals who were not legally qualified.
