There are no restrictions on type, age or construction of the building. Can be submitted on ACORD form with Supplemental Questionnaire. Program is restricted to primary owner鈥攏o general contractors as named insureds.
Dollars: The programs are very competitively priced with minimum premiums of $350. Property limits up to $2 million with deductibles starting at $500.
