Nuts & Bolts: NAS Insurance Services is offering a program for abuse/molestation legal expense insurance. The program provides reimbursement to most religious, educational and service organizations for their legal expenses incurred defending suits alleging abuse or molestation of students, patients or clients by the organization or its employees. In the event of a suit, insureds have free choice of defense counsel.
Dollars: Abuse/molestation limits range from $25,000 to $1,000,000.
Carrier: Underwritten by certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s London.
