New York fire officials say a man has been arrested on arson charges in connection with a Bronx fire that caused $2 million in damage.
The March blaze began in a business, called 21 Latin Lounge, which was undergoing renovations. It spread to five other businesses, causing partial collapses in many of the establishments. The three-alarm blaze required 140 firefighters more than three hours to control it.
Fire officials say 40-year-old William Crean is accused of arson and reckless endangerment. The motive is under investigation.
