The Enterprise Project/Program Senior Consultant I is accountable for leading most aspects of multiple moderately complex projects or programs. Capable of independent leadership, providing most aspects of project management on moderately complex projects that have a moderate level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Digital Direct to Consumer team. This role will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional/technical specifications, and collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure successful system implementation and testing. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by ensuring the delivery of high-quality systems that meet end-user requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - $99,190.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
*** Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with developers, QA testers, and project managers to support the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Develop use cases, process flows, and user stories to support requirement documentation.
- Design and execute system and user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies to validate that solutions meet business expectations.
- Identify, track, and help resolve system issues and defects throughout the testing process.
- Facilitate meetings and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Assist in training and change management efforts for new or updated systems and processes.
Education
