Professional liability has always been an important coverage. Especially for your legal, accounting, and physician clientele. Real estate agents too. Architects. Consultants of all kinds. Even *gasp* insurance agents! Professions at risk are too numerous to list. As long as clients continue to sue for things like negligence, malpractice and misrepresentation, this market will continue to grow. And there appears to be no end in sight to those lawsuits.

Our vision is to provide a platform for markets to quickly share information like carrier info, geographic availability, limits, and other details. It allows them to stand out in a crowded marketplace.

In the market guide booklet, you’ll find market details, as well as interesting facts you may want to share with your clients. You may even find a new E&O market for your own agency here! We hope you find this guide to be a useful resource for placement of your professional liability accounts.

task. Yet part of the solution is to make sure that instances of abuse are not kept secret.” – Philip Mattera
