1 Terra Vita Group is growing its commercial insurance division and is looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Producer who wants more than a traditional sales position.

This opportunity is designed for professionals who want to build and manage a successful commercial book of business while leveraging the resources of an established independent brokerage. Rather than spending your time on administrative work, you'll have access to carrier relationships, operational support, and business resources that allow you to focus on serving clients and growing your portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow a commercial insurance book of business.
• Develop lasting relationships with business owners and commercial clients.
• Consult with clients to identify risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Manage client accounts throughout the policy lifecycle, including renewals and ongoing service.
• Expand your portfolio with the support of carrier partnerships, operational resources, and business development tools.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience selling commercial insurance products.
• An active Property & Casualty insurance license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach to business development.
• The ability to work on-site in Schaumburg, Illinois. This is not a remote position.
