Job Description
The Protection Productions & Services (PPS) Lead Digital Product Manager is responsible for advancing the Dealer Services business strategy and meeting annual operating goals by defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of multitude of digital products end to end. The PPS Lead DPM manages strategic product vision, product discovery and roadmaps to maximize the customer and business value provided by the digital products. The PPS Lead DPM will do this by collaborating with the PPS Dealer Services Lead engineer and principals, business architects and sponsors, and other business and technology teams across large enterprise.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 134,000.00 - 209,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

ĚýKey Responsibilities
- Invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs & habits and to elicit their feedback to become an expert in the business and in the domains.
- Create and drive holistic product strategy and execute clear digital product boundaries while continuing to optimize digital product teams.
- Drive and lead discovery, solution design (user and system) to quickly validate concepts as appropriate for backlog investments.
- Define and manage KPIs to measure the success of digital product team efforts and to inform the progress on meeting business OKRs.
- Lead development and recommendation of new techniques and processes to support innovative solutions
- Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization
- Partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the enterprise, and present to field teams and at events as the “product expert” for your defined product area.
- Monitor budgets and operational effectiveness; develop strategies for adjusted courses of action
- Execute with a bias for action and data driven approach bring all stakeholders along with influence and impact
ĚýExperience
- 10 or more years of professional experience
- Minimal of 2 years working in or working with engineering organization
- Understand system architecture and constraints without being responsible code
- Expert in entire Microsoft Office suite of products
- Expert in Mural
- Proficient in Figma
- Proficient in decision science (preferred)
